PLEASE NOTE: A deposit has to be paid 48 hours prior to your scheduled session or results will lead to cancellation. There's also a 20% service charge fee added to your grocery bill, only if you chose to allow us to do the shopping. Chef Kenna Caterers has a strict NO REFUND policy 48 hours prior to your selected sessions and we operate by appointments only. If in the case groceries were already bought before any cancellations, they would be returned along with the receipt(s) of each item(s) purchased.
